Meet Object 1, also known as the Ukrainian potential bankrupt "Stroy City"
As we promised earlier, we will write about Stroy City, which "resurrected" in Dubai under the brand "Object 1".
As Object 1 positions itself, the company is part of the TSZ Group, which has been operating in the real estate market since 2010.
The Ukrainian "Stroy City" joined this relatively clean brand just three years ago.
Ten years ago, the Ukrainian company "Stroy City" literally burst into the construction market of Kharkiv. At that time, its first and, incidentally, only completed project was the Vienna House, which still stands damaged after the shelling. Then, subsequent projects began to appear in abundance. Currently, there are 11 abandoned projects from Stroy City in Kharkiv, at various stages of construction.
Next, "Stroy City Development Group" entered the construction market of Kyiv, presenting itself as a developer who took on the unfinished projects of the previous developer Ukrbud, also leaving them unfinished.
About three years ago, the head of the company, Egor Maslennikov, moved to Dubai and organized the company Object 1 there. Initially, the company's portfolio included three projects, then four, and now seven. And only three are published on the official website.
In the news summaries of Object 1, you can see anything but the progress of construction. There have been only five publications, broker training sessions, celebrations, virtual sales – almost everything is published daily.
Notably, our page, when searching for Object 1 on Google, came up second, right after the developer itself. There, we publish company news, but from our own perspective.
This publication will serve as a kind of starting point, which we will refer to in the future.
