Investors of the companies “Object 1” and “Stroy City” have gone to court

As we have learned, an investor won a lawsuit against the company "Stroy City" for 1.3 million UAH in the residential complex "Hydropark City," located near the rowing channel in Kharkiv (the land under this residential complex no longer belongs to the developer "Stroy City"). The company did not appeal, and the court's decision recently came into force. Other investors, inspired by their colleague's example, have also started preparing documents for court.

Other investors have visited the Dubai branch of the company "Stroy City" - "Object 1," which is building three residential complexes there with the money of deceived investors from Kharkiv and Kyiv. Negotiations are ongoing, but if the company does not want to resolve the issue amicably and the case goes to court, proving the connection between the Dubai "Object 1" and the Ukrainian "Stroy City," then the brainchild of Egor Maslennikov and Tatyana Tonu in Dubai, "Object 1," will cease to exist.

In Dubai, the company "Object 1" is in a zugzwang: if the issue is resolved amicably, all Kharkiv and Kyiv investors will immediately come to Dubai to get their money back. If the case goes to court, there will be at least a scandal that will damage the reputations of both "Object 1" and the Ukrainian "Stroy City."
